Default 3D + gov location help

I am figuring things out where will I mount the gov sensor.
I am using a cgy750 so it;s like a GV-1 sensor.
Can you guys post pics where you have your sensors mounted so I can get ideas.

Isn't there a backplate sensor option for the Futaba governors? If so, I'd recommend that instead of trying to mount on the fan.

Spektrum backplate sensor ftw, saves you hours of frustration.

I'd use the spectrum backplate sensor for the vBar. I would also jumper power from the other side of the vBar since 3.3v supplied from the sensor II port often is not enough.

You got lucky. I can't remember the lowest voltage specification off the top of my head, but I confirmed with Spektrum that the lowest recommended operating voltage on their backplate sensor is higher than 3.3V. As a matter of fact, I have found that most hall effect sensors require more than 3.3V to operate googling around.
