Default Piro or Pyro Flip

Well however they are said I am slowing starting to get it with my RAVE ENV. Love this machine. I can do it even in idle 1. Just thought I'd share since there is not much activity in this forum. This is the trick I've been working on getting for 2 years now. Can't wait to get back out there and burn more nitro. Wish it had a 200CC tank on it so I could fly for 20 minutes in a row. LOL

Face, you were very helpful to me pointing out tips when I built my Rave. I have since flown it so much that I literally wore the piston ring (I couldn't understand why it was getting so much hotter than normal so I pulled engine apart). This is the first time I wore a ring before bearings - suprisingly the OS bearings were OK, although I replaced them anyway. Been flying my Goblin 700 Comp which is fun, but my Rave is still my favorite bird and nicest flying..by far. Put it back together and broke it in on Sunday..All smiles again in Rave land! Let me know how your piro flips are coming, I just started doing half piros on my Goblin - Sim I can do full piro flips continuous at times..Now that I have Rave back in the air I think it will go that much quicker..

Len sounds like we fly pretty much the same equipment. I like my goblin but if I could only take 1 to the field it would be the Rave. Not sure what it is about this heli, but it just fly's great. Wow wore a ring out. Man that's a lot of nitro. I wish I could get out more with mine. Glad your build went well and is flying great. Yeah the piros have been a bear to try and wrap my head around. I can get a few successful rotations going then I get out of sync. I'm gonna keep working on it cause its just a cool move to do.
