Default super tight tolerances

Align 550E rebuild: Am using H60019A main drive with H60020A autorotation gear set which drives a H6NG001XXT MO.6 torque tube front drive gear set.
My finished build looks a little scary in that the main drive gear and the tail drive gear fit very close to each other- no spacing to speak of. The main issue is how close the bottom of the main drive gear is to the top of the tail drive gear of the torque tube front drive gear set- like right on top of it. I tried to put a piece of paper between the two and had difficulty. I can see light when lit up from behind.
Has anyone else experienced this close tolerance? It seems as if the main gear ever got out of round and wobbled or if it bent just a little with heat, the two would rub each other.
My 550 E dfc Pro doesn't have this problem, just this 550E.
I might add that the original parts are no longer available and these are the replacement parts that I listed.
TIA for any feedback.

When you upgraded the main and autorotation gear, did you upgrade the main gear housing? The 60020A (white auto gear) and 60020AA (black auto gear) have a deeper well. These gears won't work with the old main gear housing.

You need to get the HN6064BA main gear housing. This housing has been upgraded with a radial bearing in the top of the housing....
