HS-8360th servo pack

I just purchased a set of the hs-8360th servos with the hsg-8315bh tail for a logo 550sx. Does any one else have any experience with these. Also does any one know the refresh rate of the cyclic servo (Hitec has not replied yet ..Over a week)

Not hearing anything from Hitec I set up the cyclic servos at 200 Hz and the tail using the recommended 520 Hz. After 20 flights this weekend I have come to the conclusion that these servos are great. Very solid feel and the tail servo is extremely fast which helped eliminate tail wag under hard collective with 40% less compensation. I use nothing but Hitec servos in my planes, and I am seriously thinking of trying them in my other heli's when needed

After never receiving any emails in return from Hitec I called and spoke to tech support. The HS-8360TH servos can run up to 270HZ. 200 is flying perfectly so I will leave well enough alone

Yes you can run that servo up to 270hz.

Not sure why your email wasn't replied to, we are normally ontop of them. It's possible it was caught in our spam filter, or it could have been during our server transition and was lost in there somehow.

Sorry guys just saw this l. The 8360s can run at the highest hz rate on most gyros and at 8.4v all day long. The 8315 tail servo is a 760us tail servo and run at 333 hz
