2 bad sellers in a month (WTF)
i recently bought a protos 500 from sniperviper01 (payed on the 3rd) got a pm on the 4th saying
"Got it all boxed today. Will be shipped first thing tomorrow''. ok time go's by i pm him 3 times no response. i get a pm on the 12th saying " I'm so sorry I'm just getting back to you. I was in a bad car accident and didn't make it to the post office. I have been on some heavy duty pains meds. I'm going to be able to drive again in the next day or too and will get you a tracking number asap. Again I'm so sorry for the delay. he said he don't have a computer @ home & he uses his phone ... it was soposed to be shipped on the 5th & i know hes been on hf because he listed a radio for sale on the 7th . so i told him just refund my money & we wll be done with it. well he wont refund my money & stopped all communication...what would you all do ? |

paypal dispute
If he doesn't respond to paypal, they will take the money from him

The old car accident excuse...........I see that one a couple times a year from scammers. As soon as the sob stories start coming in and they refuse to refund your money it is time to file a dispute.

Dont know him, dont know truth but i try my best not to sell to or buy from anyone w.o good feedback, hope you get ur money or the item

Car wreck, marriage problems, work a lot of hours, cat / dog died, snowed in, sun was too hot, dog pooped on my shoe...excuses are like _____, everyone has one. File a dispute immediately.

I would recommend only buying from someone with a good post history. If someone has spent considerable time posting here they are less likely less likely to trash their name with a scam.
