Default CYCLIC PITCH

Hello.

how are you guys setting up your cyclic pitch.

i just checked mine and it;s 14.5 one way and 12 the other.

I get 16 both directions

Make sure on step L you are getting the max throw with out binding in all 4 directions

That's not what the bx wants. It wants to know full throw of the servos. But I may be wrong. I doubt this is the reason your bogging. But I'm a newbie.

In the AR7200 manual, it says use step K to adjust the maximum "desired" pitch. Done in both the + and - direction.

That's how I set mine up. +12*/-12*. Otherwise, there is no way to adjust the pitch to anything less than full throw.

Yeah the "set to maximum" is alittle bit of dated advice. There are several helis on the market now that if you set to the maximum allowable range you will do some serious damage to the machines... ask me how i know. Anything past +-12 degrees you are doing more harm than good, you get all kinds of blade flutter and only hurt the performance. With my BX I have found anything between +-9 and +-11.5 is what the BX works best with.

when intialized..and use right alieron i get 14+degrees of cyclic pitch.

collective is +12 -12.

can i use endpoints in the transmitter?

To be far I could TELL something was wrong, but the machine was moving so fast I couldn't help myself. I landed the machine safely, blades were fine, just needed a new boom. Ironically if the boom was metal it would have been REALLY BAD.
