This is long overdue. The current tail pitch slider is marginal at best. Very happy to see this upgrade.

Looks like it will only fit the X style tail box... Not the stock FES tail box....

And where are these upgrade TT gears....

The head I'll have to think about, but I'm definitely in on this. That's the only part on my X5 that makes me a little nervous. Not because I've ever personally had any problems, but I've read a few about the pitch slider coming apart. Although in looking at the pitch slider itself it may not be vastly different in design.???

Ussually they just apear all of a sudden with no heads up at empire. You have to check everyday and hope they dont get sold out.

Or you can sometimes find them at flying hobby before the usa gets them.

This is awesome. I was trying to figure out a way to retrofit a KDE Align tail slider. I never liked how the ball would just get a little sticky as it rotated a touch on the tail shaft at the extreme ends of the tail throw. This will be one of my first spring orders... Thanks for the heads up...!

Do we have any indication about when these new formula parts (tail lever/slider, head, swashplate) are going to be available through North American distributors?

The swash and the rotor head are still available in several shops, like infinity hobby. The tail have not been released yet

The only thing I wonder about is the arm of the tail case. It looks like a bolt on. I don't have the new style case, but on the older style tail cases the arm was attached to the tail case and not a bolt on. On the newer tail cases is it a bolt on?

I am still watching for this one.

Searches for the part# G-208553 bring up nothing.

I check empire each day as well.

Has anyone seen this for sale anywhere?

Ive been doing the same, but im just gonna forget about it till it pops up in the forums. Hope its not sold out by that time.

Although seeing the new formula x5 on gaui does kinda hint a little it might come soon, only time will tell when it comes to gaui.

Slim chance I might be heading to Taiwan. I might take a look for the new parts out there if I have time. Maybe they would be available domestically first.
