Default Video of my mSR

This is some fotage of my new mSR in performance mode and on the outside balls on the swash plate. I wanted to take some of it flying outside but the wind was just to strong for this little bird.
Blade mSR (4 min 24 sec)

Nice flying. Did you add rudder to elevator mix to counter the built in rudder to elevator mix?
Cheers!

Please, tell me more about the rudder to elevator mix. What does it do, and what values do you put in?
Thanks!

When you input rudder the mSR automatically inputs elevator, so i am using mix 1, mixing RUDD - ELEV with RATE D +45% and U +60%. Try it i found these settings make the msr fly a bit more like a conventional heli as apposed to a coax. I also set EXPO at -30 for A/E/R any more expo on the rudder causes blow outs in performance mode. I was originally running -50 for A/E/R but when i flick to performance it was like my mSR was on crack, very touchy.

They all should be that stable, it has to be trimmed perfect. I trimmed my bird using the ball links on the servo, thats how i do it with all my helis.

This thing is that stable that i changed my elevator and aileron Expo while my mSR was hovering, this thing is completely hands off.

Sorry mate, what you have to do is bring the heli to a hover and the first direction it shoots off in (say back wards) you would need to trim for wards (elevator) using the little tabs on the controller. You continue to trim one direction at a time, also note that with the mSR trimming can also effect the rudder trim, so trim the rudder last. When trimming just try a couple of clicks at a time till you get the heli to hover on its own.

I'll give those settings a try. I already had -15 for A/E and - 80 of rudder. I needed to turn down the rudder, it wanted to spin out on my left hand turns.
I have a DX7, and the mix settings must be different. I didn't have an up or down, but there are two numbers that I can set after choosing what to mix, so I input your suggestions there. Now I just need to get outside and try it out.

looks very unstable, have you tryed to trim it? It looks like you might also have a bit of TBE (toilet bowl effect) but hard for me to tell on your video because it goes in and out of the screen. If it constantly travels in a circular motion you have tbe, things to check are tail rotor and main blades. Oh have you reset your swash plate with the advanced swash tool if not this may be the answer to your problems.

On my DX7, I am using a -40, -35. I tried the 45 - 60 you show above in both directions and I had a lot more movement of elev when rudd was input. I am very new to mixing so I don't really know what I am talking about here, but just trying to get rid of elev with rudd input. Those are great piros!
