Default 120sr Tail Heavy

Hi all,
New here and to Heli's. Been flying airplanes for many years. I have been cutting my teeth on the 120sr and having lots of fun. However for some reason it has become very tail heavy and I can't figure out why. Something has changed for sure. I am trimmed all the way forward and still need forward stick for level flight. Its annoying. Nothing appears broken and the boom is inserted all the way.

What am I missing and what should I check?

Thanks!

I found a thread on how to trim it and I'll give that a shot. Thanks!

I inspected everything thoroughly and nothing appeared broken or cracked. So a couple of upward turns of the elevator control rod has her hovering hands free!

Thanks for the help!
