Walkera 60 replacement motor?

Hey,

A friend gave me its old Walkera 60 after crashing it a few times. I repaired it and its now ready to fly again, but for some reason, the motor just won't spin fast enough to make it lift.

I think the motor is just dead, because everything else looks ok (radio setting, battery, etc..). So what is my best option for a cheap replacement? I read somewhere that it is the same motor than the Walkera 36, can anyone confirm that this one would work: http://www.helidirect.com/walkera-br...z40-p-1248.hdx

Also, any suggestion for a cheap brushless upgrade? I really dont want to spend a lot of money on this... it's just to play aroud a little...

Hey, Ive got the same hile, but mine came with brushless and metal upgrades. I bought the elf hobby brushless to replace my walkera brushless. I cant remember the part no. but if you do a search, you might find something.

I have had mine for over 2 years, but have neverflown it. got into rc airplanes, but now I have the interest to try and learn it.
