Just another awesome evening flying after work. Even better that Gina was able to bring the pups out! Before I flew we actually walked the dogs a bit. There was another couple bird dogs going crazy in the field I fly over so waited for them to leave.

Couple friends were watching and I thought I'd show them my best inverted overspeed....pulled out late and had to jam the collective. Don't think I've bogged it that hard yet. Motor read 180F at the end of that flight with my IR gun. ESC was at about 120F and battery was at about 130F on the hottest spot.

I normally left piro. A ways into the flight I start practicing my piroloop with a reversal and also some piroflips, just not very close to the camera.

FYI.......Why do I upload every video I record(for the most part)?...well because I'm a learning pilot and love to show my love for the helis I fly. If it was a bad heli you'd see me selling it and getting a good heli simple as that...(or in the case of the Blade 270 CFX, modifying the crap out of it and stretching it to 325)

There are a ton of great helis out there but I am really really enjoying the P500 right now as it's just super duper stable. I have a tail gain issue I'm still sorting slowly. Dropping Tail P 5 points at a time in the 3Digi(at 55 now).

So the guy I bought it from here on HF also included the 430mm Mavrikk ST Sport blades as well as the short boom. I think I will leave the boom long so I can slap the 470's on any time I want.

This is my 2nd flight with the Mavrikk 430s and I have not made a since adjustment to the 3Digi...just swapped blades and flew. The tail oscillation is happening with move 430 and 470. It also depends on what maneuver I pull that causes the tail to oscillate. A hard pitch pump usually stops it from oscillation thought and I fly through it knowing my tail is holding solid otherwise.

Tightened up some slops on the tail pitch control mechanism which is like adding more mechanical tail gain and thus resulted in slight tail wag at super fast funnels. Toned down tail gain for all 4 vBar banks and tail is good again.

Also, my couple of Nanotech 6S 25C 3000s long term test packs have reached 400 flights each pack. Packs still work OK but I'm thinking to take my other 2 packs out of storage. They've been sitting in the fridge 1.5 years ago when I bought all 4 at big sale and decided to use 2 first.

This was actually my first flight with the blades...not afraid of a little wind. Much more and I would have considered not flying simply because it has led me to some sketch landings!
