Default below grade blade grip bearing seat tolerance

Gaui,
you got to get this straight!
I have FOUR pairs of blade grips. Each one of them except one obviously has very bad bearing seat tolerance problems since there is lateral play in the grips eventhough i have the screws that go through the grips in the center block VERY thight.

This sucks and i am pretty pissed right now.
Out of desperation i am even tinkering with shaft hub loctite glue inorder to get rid of this massive play i have in the grips.
I really like my little bird and everything else works awesome but this really makes me mad since i dumped over 50 bucks already by buying new grips that had this play from the beginning.
regards,
Marvin

Is this a tiny bit of play in the old style head [ nut style]??

I had this also and never caused any problems.

No, it is extensive slop in the (not so) new V2 head.
I can move the tip of the grips up and down max. 5mm.
when i mount the blade, the blade tips move up and down a few centimeters.
Until now i spend like 3 hours already trying to glue the bearings in place.
Sometimes, the inner race of the bearings get glued in place and don't move anymore, somtimes the slop is still there (if i use too little glue).
This sucks...

That sucks mate, however i have 2 different types of blade grips on the same style bolt head and none of these problems at all.

Sorry, can't help you there
