Default 5 Months to the 550 v2 3GX

I can't believe that 5 months ago I picked up a $20 coaxal heli on newegg and now I have this monster

I thought the b400 was great then the 250se then the 450 sport and then the 450 pro 3g was even better. Throw in a couple mcpx's and msr for practice but Who knew the 550 3gx would top them all?
I can't wait to see what's next these heli's are nothing like RC when I was a kid. Wow!
Now really is a great time to get into this hobby.

And it fits great on my guitar holders

What can I say I'm a Freak!. I don't know what it is I guess it's the difficulty involved that has me hooked.
I'm good as long as I keep them right side up or I have a lot of room to go inverted.

I'll have to see if the cheap $50 zippy 4000mah 20c batteries are enough once I get it out to the field.
So far I've only been flying around the back yard.

The neighbor came out and said wow I that thing must have cost like $300 bucks. I wish!
I hope my wife thinks the same thing because she has no idea how much these things cost

I think I'm done now though I have all of the sizes that I'm interested in. Now I just need to get better with them all.

Thanks, I wish I had some will power.
I guess it doesn't help that a buddy at work has been shopping for big Heli's so I've been reading all of the reviews and checking out the prices and comparing all of the Align models.
To much research had me hooked on the 550 I just didn't want to go with a two pack Heli and this seemed like a great size that runs good off of a single 6cell.

I'm done until I get the itch for the Logo XXtreme

I use the Zippy 5000mAh 30C batteries and they work great.

A 4000mAh 20C is only capable of putting out 80A constant, IMO that's borderline and the batteriies will probably take a beating and not last too long.

Thanks I'll have to try something higher. I see hobbyking has some 40c 5000's in stock I may give them a shot.
