I like your set up. Which tool box did you use? I know you can't power the toggle switch light from the control circuit, it causes the pus to shut down. If you do figure out how to light up the toggle switch when turned on be sure to post how you did it.

Where are you guys finding these posts that can handle our charging needs? (24V,47A,1150W max) Radio shack stuff didn't seem up to snuff but that could be because I don't know how the specs on the bags work for DC. Everything was 10A max. Is this good enough?

I got some high amp posts from a seller on ebay, unfortunately he no longer sells them. I used this on my last charger case build, a bit of an investment to get into Anderson Power Poles though. If you want some posts PM me your address.
