Rain Rain Go Away

Well all is has been doing here is raining lol.... It has almost rain none stop for a week now and looks like not going away till wed(so they say)

Yall getting much rain where ya at?

We just bought to nano cpx.... so if it does keep raining we will have something to fly inside besides the sim lol...... Rain means no flying out doors.... Well we fly in rain but not this week it has only been pouring rain and flooding all over lol....

The weekends have been good for flying during the day. It has rained some every day. I think for 2 weeks straight but here's where it gets bad

I watched the rain all day from my work window. I figure it never floods here we will be fine. It's the end of my shift I can't wait to drive the 20 minutes to the hobby shop to get some supplies for my heli. I run outside with my umbrella it's down pouring. I can handle that no problem. I cross the bridge out of work and start driving. I know one spot floods so I go around. My secondary route is flooded I still know another way I can go. Head that way....flooded. Getting frustrated. I know a number of other ways. EVERY WAY was flooded. I change course decide I might as well go home...numerous ways that way as well....Any way I tried it was FLOODED. I had to tell myself to stay calm. I finally find a back way to go and get to the highway. My drive home usually takes 20 minutes tops.....It was 2.5 HOURS!!!! Unbelievable...WORST.DRIVE.EVER
