I am having a hard time getting my BL600MX apart to replace the bearings. Does anyone have a link to a video or instructions for getting it apart. I have tried to search and couldn't find any vids or instructions on disassembly.

There should be a set screw or two in the fan at the top of the motor. You remove the set screws, (I'd heat the motor shaft), then use an arbor press to slowly and carefully push the motor shaft out. Making sure you push on it perpendicular.

You can try beating it out with a hammer and punch.. but its just not the right way to do it and IMO, you'll do more harm than good.

Believe it or not, an arbor press costs 50 bucks. Its the right tool for the job.
