Default right or wrong way the wire 7075 bec?

i posted this pic of my esc placement and wiring. i was told that i have my bec wired on the wrong side of the esc. please see pic.

I also use my gryphon' soldered direct into plugs on esc.

Yes, you do have it wired incorrectly for 6 cell only use on a 12 cell series setup.

You always wire low negative which means the negative wire from the BEC connects to the negative wire of the ESC, and the positive BEC lead connects to the positive jumper lead on that same battery plug. You can have serious issues wired high negative as you have in your photo, and its possible to melt things down.

This is a Castle ESC diagram, but it shows exactly how it should be wired for 6 cells only

my gryphon 7075 works great on 12S. it even says it's ok to do so in the manual. I'm running the align HV servos on a trex 700

Yeah, you need to wire the BEC to the other plug. BEC and ESC should share a common ground.
