i thought these flybarless systems were supposed to go down.479.99 seems a little high if you ask me.it is 3 axis and all but for the extra 100 i rather go with the v-bar.for now i will stick with sk360s.

It seems that Rondo (or better uRondo) was (is?) popular with spektrumising Walkera's 4g6 helis... There were showcases there people using it (uRondo) with Spektrum's satellite on that tiny heli....

uRondo V4 on ep200
Hi,
i have the newest Version V4 on my uRondo'ed EP200. I also have Vbar (older Version) on my 450. From my experience i can recommend it! The developers have put a lot of effort into making the control loop parameters (PID gains and other stuff) to be compatible to most systems out there. So set up basically consists of setting the unit up mechanically. But still if something doesn't work you have the option to access everything. By the way, the system is developed by three German guys, mostly Ron Sebastian who is quite well know in Germany. Thunder Tiger only distributed the system. But i thing TT is now releasing their onw unit (this touch feature thing). But Yes, the Firmware had numerous iterations and the unit is now working very well on most systems. Most f the common problem like - pitchup during high speed - unstable piro rate - wobble on cyclic during piro manuvre have been erased. If you are not an 3d expert you will probably not notice any difference between Rondo and the main competitors. Considering the price, you can't do anything wrong! regards, Marvin |
