Paint the fins Chris! Other than looking good, it'll help further with orientation. Perhaps even painting the boom too.

Hey Chris. Looks good. Tell us how you went about painting the bleach bottle plastic.
(Yeah, I know there are other threads, but I'd like to know how HE did it).

Also, I saw your Pantera and your cute little girl in RC Heli last month. My three year old was "helping" me assemble mine last night.

Best wishes

mdlott,

Thanks...... I'll set up a seperate thread on the paint, but nothing special went into it. I don't want to get too off topic from the pics.

My daughter has been telling everyone she sees about being in the magazine. She is very proud...She tells everyone with her hand on her hip:
"You know....I'm famous.....I'm in a magazine"....oh boy

Who else has some pictures? I want to see some more ideas out there.

Superb paint job, Warlock, love the blue on yellow. Based on what I have seen here, I think yellow may be the way mine is headed!

Do you have a thread on how you painted and what components you used?

I wish I could take the credit for that. It's a trex n600 canopy pre painted.
I got this one off ebay, just make sure its for the 600 nitro version.

Its easy to see and look's great in the air and styling on my shelf. That Pantera in the pix has over 150 flights on it. I fly around 5-8 times a day. I live in the country with open fields in my back door. I have made Wildcat and Cool power rich in the past months

Ohh and a shot for JB, no fails yet brother but Im still trying

I used to find it a bit bland, but the more I see align and 'trendy' canopies, the more I like the stock Pantera looks.
