Default Is this Reflex Trex realistic?

I have a Trex reflex file that I downloaded that is very fast. Was wondering if someone would try it out and let me know if its realistic with the right equipment and more importantly, what would I need to make my trex go like this one. The model I"m using now is like my own Trex pretty much and does very slow flips and can't tic toc at all. But this one moves so fast that I don't know if a hotter motor will make it like this.

I will attach the file below.

Thanks

Rob

Well I don't have Reflex...and I can't see this T-Rex model at all of course! lol
(I have RF G3.0/3.5)

But there are enough vid's around, of real T-Rex's with HUGE power, which should show you what they can do! Which makes me suspect the model you are looking at is quite likely within those bounds.

Setting up your sim model to match your own is the number one thing to do. Which it sounds like you have done. Go out and pitch-pump your own, to get the power level to set the sim for.
If you can do them (safely) do some partial flips (half a tic of a tic toc). To also give truer response ideas.

Check the T-Rex 4S thread for a vid of a powerful T-rex. Maybe that is the sort of thing your Reflex model is capable of?

Train on your own 'real' Sim one. But give more powerful ones a go too, as they can hone your skills even more - and also show you dangers and responses of what a powerful T-Rex can do. Under control, or out of control!

Nope. That one is crap. Use this one:
http://www.trextuning.com/videos.php
and then look for 'Reflex XTR T-Rex by www.ezfly.se'

What my opinion is on the ezfly one:

* You can get your real heli to respond a lot slower (low headspeed, big fly bars, etc.)
* You can get your real heli to respond a lot faster (high head speed, light fly bars, etc.)
* Roll rate on this model in XTR seems to be a lot more stable gravitational wise, than the real machine.
* It get's lost in the distance just as the real one, but the real one, you go an pick up the spares.
* It doesn't cost as much to crash.

yea, I've been using the one you mention, but its really slow, my heli is pretty slow like that too at this point, but I want to speed my heli up more like the one that I posted, so is it possible to do that?

You can change the settings on the moddels in Reflex. Self hasn't done it, but play around with it. Also, one thing I did to speed the reaction time of the heli up is to give a negative expo on the transmitter. Reaction time will be faster, but not necessarily the flying speed and gravitational reaction of the heli.
