Default No more Bang! Now ,getting phoenix 25 to work

Ok,put deans ulta plugs on and no melting of wires.
Now, the motor and servos "jitter" when i try to give throttle, very erratic and throttle doesnt work all the time.I cant get past the first stage of entering programing mode cause i dont get the two flashes from the esc and when i go back up to full from half throttle the motor starts.
Batteries on Heli and controller are full.

Fazz, I'm not familiar with the Phoenix 25 programming. Check this link about initializing the esc first before attempting to program. it may help. It does sound like the motor timing is not programmed correctly. Also, check the "safe start" 4 second option.
