18MZ Gyro Gain on the fly.. A better way.

Given the 18MZs features and flexibility it always bothered me that you had to go into the touch screen to adjust your Tail Gyro Gain while flying. I thought there should be a better way, at least to have the ability to assign it to one of the right or left side sliders (RS/LS) so you can fly it and have both fingers on or close to the sticks while sliding the slider with your other fingers.

Months ago I asked this on a Futaba forum and got back that there was not a way to do it. So I was playing the other day showing a guy the radio and I noticed that in the Gyro menu behind the main gain screen there was a fine tuning adjustment. Clicking on this adjustment and setting a step of 20 allows you to assign any switch (including variable adjustments - sliders/pots/trim slides) to adjust the main value up or down.

Its so much easier to fly the heli move the slider up until I get a wag and slide it down until it goes away. I then can land and fix the gain and null the slider....

Slick...Maybe you figured this out already but many haven't - even on some other forums...Tried it the other day and it worked perfectly...
