Default Need you guys help for a sec in main forum. SK720BE

Hi Guys,

Working on a hard deck thread. It was brought to my attention that SK720 or at least BE has this feature.

For completeness can someone who knows post and or link to somewhere that says how to set this up?

I want the thread to show anyone who wants the feature any known ways to attain it. (I'm building up the Taranis telemetry version.)

Thanks!

Its not a BE thing or anything anyone can make a BE alone do. Its an add on GPS module with built in altimeter that works in conjunction with the self level on any SK720. Its been out for some time now and they are already on to the second version GPS version now with a larger antenna and additional laser altimeter added to the barometric one.

All of this is set up from within the SK setup software

Wanted to thank you guys! Got that captured in the thread!

That's really awesome too! Just select hard or soft floor in bailout type drop down right?

Yes, that's it. Then assign the channel and switch of choice to activate it.

You can assign two different channels and three way switches for GPS/rescue functions.
Each switch can have 2 GPS options with the third switch position as manual mode for a total of 4 GPS functions.
