Default Head speed limitations

Hi, I've got a trex 700E V2 super combo with CC120A and when I'm trying to program 2100rpm in castle link it says that with this speed there's no room for governing! is this possible or can I change this somehow? running currently 2050rpm

Make sure your motor and pinion information is correct.
If they are, you may need a new pinion size (more teeth).

I see! I'm sure of the current ratio. Well I guess 2050rpm is not that bad then I'll change pinion in the future then. Thanks!

2050 is a quite good headspeed for a large 700-size heli. I have tried faster but it burns down the battery way too fast for me. 2000-2050 is what I like to fly best but it’s a trade off between flight time and max climb speed.

Larger helicopters need far less headspeed than small helicopters. With larger helicopters the airspeed of the blades is fast at a lower headspeed high because of the larger arc of the long blades.
