Default Bearing in tail bell crank?

Can the bearings in the tail bell crank be replaced, or do I have to replace the whole thing?

For sure. You may be able to rock them out with a bolt in the inner race or else pop it in an oven at around 250F for 10 mins and they should fall out. If they have been Loctited in a little cautious gas torching will help. Fundamental skill of heli engineering

(Edited) I thought you meant the bearings in the tail case not the belcrank. They are probably a tighter press. They shouldn't have gone bad what happened to them?
