When I was winding my own motors back some years ago, I used a rubberized CA glue in one case, and in another I used JBWeld. Both worked well. Some use just normal medium CA

In order to keep the bell balanced, I would just use the medium CA. Put a thin layer on the magnet and slide it in. Probably wouldn't hurt to dribble a thin layer on the sides of all magnets, just to add a small fillet to add some strength. Just go easy, because you don't want to be adding weight to imbalance the bell by pouring in too much on one side or another.

Go to the motor winding forum I think they use LockTite 648or 620 and if the spacing isnt perfect you are going to have troubles you may want to get a new motor.
