Just bypass it, the original 7008 come with a cable without fuse and it is not a problem.

If you really feel you must I would check back through the threads, pretty sure someone posted the info earlier this year.

What voltage (per lipo cell), should I shoot for if I'm going to set an alarm to notify me my lipos are at the 80% discharged area?

Since it is a voltage cable, I would get the 62 mA fast fuse. If someone has a Futaba one, they could read the numbers on it. There should not be any significant current running through it. I assume that it is there in case you plug the cable in backwards ?

They are definatley low cost.

Does anyone have the specifications for the connector. I could probably make a kit myself for a couple of dollars.
