Default Night Rig Glitching

Flew my TREX 450 Night rig tonight and was getting some glitching... I did not get any glitching before I switched it over. Here is what I am using.

Radio - 9Z WC2
Reciever - R146iP
Servos - HS 65 MG
Gyro - 401 w/9650
Stock Motor and ESC

Align night set up.
9v battery mounted directly below the reciever. Is this my down fall?

I wonder if using a 2.4ghz radio system also eliminates such glitch sources. like lighting, motor, bad connections. sorry don't mean to hijack your post. but it could be a bad connection.

What kind of glow wire drivers are you using. If they are the cheaper kinds you find for $5 or less, they throw all kinds of trash over the radio waves. I had a brand new set of 710 night blades that only had a lifespan of about 15 seconds because of that very reason. It was bad enough that it even defeated the PCM signal.

After I got a driver from a quality source, the problems were gone.

this is the one I got that works well:

Glow wire

I can't find any stuff on the align glow drivers, so I can't tell if they look like the ones I had before. Does the heli glitch when the drivers are turned off?

I flew it all day with the driver off to get use to the difference in weight with no noticable glitching.

After my first flight I noticed that the cyclic was glitching. I am going out today with out the night gear on to see if it does it again.
