Default Look what I'm gett'in

185g's+ 80g's for the battery ..... gonna put a 4s 650mah Tattu in it!... will give me same flight time as a 3s 850mah battery... but tons more power when I want it.... Got some 3 bladed props com'in!... It will be faster than any 5" prop racer on any course or in a drag race!.. This thing is Sick.....

Gonna re-do the camera mount and that's it.. for this price it's well worth it..

I dig it. Looks like a good package at a cost. Little confused by the numbers though. Your calculated weight is 265g but its showing under the specs that its putting out 190g per corner... so.... 2.8:1 Thrust to weight ratio? Even assuming thats on 3s that still not quite right....

Hey! about time someone on here to talk with... ...

The numbers posted on Banggood should be viewed with caution....hahaha....

..This is what I learned in the last 24hrs about this size.... weight is everything.... this is the smallest you can go and still get max speed for racing... You can put battery burners on it 1406-4000kv and it will be insane.... this is 1306-3500kv which is perfect for 4s set-up which is what I'll be doing.... with 3 bladed props

I heard these motors... actually all the electronics are pretty good... at this point for $115 I'm not complaining... only thing I want to do is see how I can get it down to 150g's w/o battery as others are claiming on their set-ups.... Under 250g's fly weight is the goal... 1... NO FAA REGISTRATION! ....hahahahaha.... 2.... of course for speed....

The 4s 650mah Tattu battery will make this thing fast enough for me until I get the hang of it.... There are limits to everything and finding the balance is important... Less throttle and smoother will always be faster than jack-rabbit point to point...

As for this set-up exactly... I'll wait till I break it then probably get a StingerBee120 once they are back in stock... I like the camera position on it....

They want $250 for kit ... Granted the electronics are different... but this Falcon's eletronics are good enough... totaling me out to $145 for a Bad Azzzz Racer! Well that's the plan...subject to change...hahahaha...

Yeah in the micro scale weight is literally everything. Im just trying to figure out why those motors put out so little thrust.

For example the Emax 1306-4000 are putting out around 300g
http://www.banggood.com/Emax-RS1306-...p-1060943.html

The DYS 1306-4000kv is putting out 260g
http://www.banggood.com/DYS-BX1306-1...p-1040415.html

And if you are looking for total insanity the T2 Tornado 1406-3600 whips out 5-600g per corner....

Just some food for thought. I guess the 2.8:1 thrust to weight is throwing me off.

Those thrust specs are all subjective to scrutiny... Nice thing about electronics is that it's all divisible practically on a one to one ratio... so let's use 260g's thrust just cause it just sounds realistic... based on percentage's of kv... 260 @4000 = 227 @3500... good enough for ball-park'in it... But I keep reading 4000 on 4s is just too much... 3500 I'm pretty sure was picked for 4s....

The motors weigh about 15g's... 1306 around 11.5g's ... x4 = 14grams plus additional weight on board... let's figure 20g's saving... The guy in the video was using as they said under par electronics and still beating the top-shelf electronics flag ship 250... Playing with these Tiny Whoops.. amazing how much 1g makes a big difference in handling around corners... So any savings is better than not..

Finding the balance of handling and power is always key... like my buddy that want's to put 800hp in his mustang... and he can't even hook up with tires as it is now...lol... I said put your money into to traction/ handling and we'll go from there...

so in the end... is the extra weight going to justify the power that probably in this case is over kill as it is now.... in other words ... I don't see using the extra power in a race... so your just carrying dead weight and will actually slow you down... JMO..

No matter what... this little 120 is gonna be Fasttttt...
