Actually, the Helikraft is not our official distributor and it is illegal, so it is difficult to find the way to help you. Also we will suggest you not to buy from Helikraft anymore, they won’t gave you any service and we cannot sure whether you can receive the products or not."

While its likely they may not have been authorized retailers its not illegal. I could sell Align helicopters from the back of my pickup truck with a sign made in red crayon advertising below MAP and there is nothing Align could do about it. Then there is the fact that MAP is completely illegal in most countries outside the U.S. You guys can thank Jeff Fassbinder (Align) for this, he promised he would shut them down and enforce MAP on a foreign retailer so that prices stayed above MAP. They were in business for more than 7 years shipping product before this threat. I'd contact the California Attorney General and indicate you lost money because of that enforcement. It seems like world wide price manipulation to me and goes beyond a simple MAP policy but let the experts weed out the facts. Align USA is based in California. https://oag.ca.gov/consumers

Let's not turn this into a debate about MAP if you have no interest just ignore my post. For others I provided a link to file a complaint. I would mention MAP and Jeff in the complaint.

Really sad to see what has happened with HeliKraft; I used to order heaps of spare parts through them, was always fast service with no problems whatsoever.

Does anybody know any more about what's happened to them?

So steer clear of using any of their sites?

Scott.

I also used to order very cheap parts from Helikraft and never had a problem.

Now the prices are not so competitive since they moved their site here so I havnt placed any orders since:

http://www.helikraft-rchelicopters.c...ries/e325.html

I now find Infinity Hobby my next best choice for cheap e325 spares
