I would just upgrade the main motor, the tail doesn't seem to like being brushless and will not hold well. I do not know much about this esc, does heli make noises or light come on esc when plugged in?

Reverse the wires coming from esc to motor.

got mine solved.

1) plug in lipo , wait for the heli to power up.
2) once heli power up.
3) move throttle stick to high, hear some beep sound. then
4) move throttle stick to low, hear some beep sound.
5) you are ready to fly .

to be honest. i don like it. it make the whole heli to heavy. 53grams in total with 1C 300 mah.
two brushless conversion is heavy. i felt no power. cannot find specification on the main motor. not sure about the KV.
sorry , i might take away the tail motor to make it lighter and see how it goes

Yeah; it's pretty popular opinion here that the Walkera dual brushless setup is lacking at the tailrotor end. The common answer is to keep the stock tail motor & use a tail rotor with more aggressive pitch like the one for the Blade mCP X/2 tail rotor (Blade Part # BLH3603). $1.99 at my LHS, and normally stocked part.
