nitro plane parts?

I called nitro planes to ask when they are expecting more parts for thier F4U 1400mm
I was told 3-6 weeks is this complete BS or do they actually get replacement parts
and sell out within days.It seema Bannana is a little better at parts but they are twice the price, Im sure it is the exact same product. Does any know anywhere else to get
replacement parts for FMS products, Like FMS T28 Trojan but bannana is completely
out of stock on parts do they ever come back in stock?

i gave up on Nitroplanes long ago. i think only recently Banana hobby started carrying the FMS stuff...they are slowly getting more parts and more planes in stock it seems. i found a wing for my 800 P-51 there

All indications point to NP dumping FMS. They've said that they intend to keep the Airfield brand going, but they were very cryptic about it, never outright saying that FMS would be the OEM. My guess is they're busy cloning FMS's planes so they can sell their own, and that's what's causing the delay. That's just a guess though.

No more planes for me from Nitro Planes, no matter how good the price. They NEVER carry crash parts but they leave them up on their website leading you to think that SOME DAY they will have them. But keep checking and checking and checking and soon you realize they will never restock them.

It's probably their ploy to get you to buy another plane (with the outrageous shipping charges).

When they were at the WRAM show this year, I asked them why the outrageous shipping and they said point blank that they advertise the lower prices to get people to buy and make it back up with the shipping charges.
