On the Phoenix site they describe the photo's required to make a helis, anyone have one yet?

Lots of people already have the AURORA. Phoenix claimed there was going to be one on the 1.04 (i think it was 1.04) release but there was some issue between Avant and Phoenix that has yet to be settled.

Phoenix are awaiting the model from Augusto, He wanted to do the model himself but it was made clear that the model wouldnt be released until the real model was also available.

That makes no sense, as it's available for Reflex and RealFlight.

phoenix is not a marketing tool for helis yet to be released its a very slippery slope which pheonix quite understandibly dont want to be involved in.

I've been playing with PhoenixCreator and made a Aurora skin for the Synergy based on the Danny Szabo DYD Scheme. Its pretty rough but if you squit yours eyes, your flying an Aurora!

damn ... i bought phoenix this weekend with the ASSumption that phoenix would have the avant ... lol

you guys think the flight characteristics of the TREX 700 should be similar to the avant in the sim ?

None of the sim models feel much like their real life counterparts. Besides, flying practice is practice, how the machine feels doesn't necessarily make a difference.

I just finished taking pictures of my canopies, so they should be coming whenever phoenix gets done adding them to the sim

I would love to hear from the pros how this thing rates to the real thing as well. I'm a throttle servo away from maiden on my Aurora, but want some more stick time before I go for it. I know it's gonna have more snap then my Synergy and can't wait.

The Aurora on Phoenix is one of the closest matched models on there in my opinion
