Default 8FG and switchglo Pro help

setting up my Synergy N5C with a CGY750, 6203SB receiver, switchglo Pro and my 8FG transmitter, tried to do a program mix (for avoiding hot starts) with throttle but not having much luck. can't even seem to assign a switch to make the switchglo work, I don't have the push button accessory, so would like to use transmitter.
Any suggestions or step by step "how to's" to get this working.
thanks in advance!

I now have it working through program mixing, throttle to Aux, and assigned a switch, but not 100% sure it is done correctly.
comes on at low throttle and shuts off at approx. 30%
taking power thru a Y harness, at the throttle output, on my CGY750
(The glow seems to be better this way)
I am interested in learning anyone else's setup.

Cheers

That's good that you've got it working, but I'm interested in why you are using the low throttle glow. Are you worried about an engine stall at low rpm?
I have mine set up on channel 15, active on a push button switch (18mz).
If you're not sure it's right have you tested to make sure it doesn't work when you don't want it to, not just that it works when you thought it would?

I have it on low throttle to prevent "hot starts", it will not glow over 20% throttle. however, I would like to try a different channel and assign an on/off switch but not sure how to change the channel mapping in my transmitter.
