Default Unbalanced F6 main gear? Any issues?

Hi,

Trying to chase a serious vibe issue on my F6 and running out of things to look at and try.
One of the last things I have not tried is swapping out the main gear.
Has anyone ever had issues with these being unbalanced and had to change it?

Cheers,

John

I've checked three main gears and they were all slightly out of balance, but fixing that made no apparent improvement.
How high frequency is your vibe? If it's a buzzing sound, look at the underside of the tail block to see if the pushrod has been banging on it. If that's the case, look to the pitch slider bushing - it seems that some were drilled off center and may cause a problem.

Excellent. Please post whether you are able resolve it and what the fix was.
