Default SR slow response

Hi, have had my sr now for a couple years and still fly it at times, now fly 130x and 180cfx mostly.the only thing I don't like is the cyclic response is so slow even at 100 dr with 0 expo.any way to speed it up or is it just how it flyies? Servos move fast on ground,it seems like I am always chasing the heli. Any ideas, thanks

Actually, the SR really isn't meant to be "super sensitive." A couple things that you can do to help a little is set your rates to 110-120%, or however high that you are able to set them in your radio. Definitely take all of the weights off of the flybar, if you haven't already. You can also flip your main blade grips so they have leading edge control. If you flip your grips, you will also have to change the direction of your servos. There is a thread that will be able to walk you thru the whole mod. Here is a link to the mod.

Like I said, the SR won't be super sensitive, mostly cause it is meant to be a beginner CP helicopter, but these few things will help a little bit and make the collective and cyclic controls a lot smoother.

Good luck and feel free to ask if you need any more help.
