If the TX is the DX6i in your sig, I use the setup shown in the table of the 180QX manual, and it works just fine. If, as maybe implied in the heading, it's the one for the 200, I have no idea.

Yes I use my Dx6i but I'm trying to hook the 180qx up to the LP6DSM tx so my buddy can fly that, while I fly my 200qx.

For using the MLP6DSM (which came with my RTF version), just bind it -- no other setup needed. Plug in power to the 180QX, let the lights start flashing then, holding down the red camera trigger button, power up the tx, release the red button after a couple of seconds, then wait 'til the lights on both settle down. That should only be a few seconds. The procedure should be in the 180QX manual.

He is talking about the tx that comes with the Blade SR. I don't think it will work with the 180QX HD.

It's the tx that came with my 200srx.

Default Blade 200 qx with LP6DSM tx

I just purchased today a Blade 200 qx. I figurered the LP6DSM tx from the 200 srx would be find. It binds. Seem like everything responds. But the motors wont stop spinning with the throttle all the way down. I tried to bind with the trim low and high. I have to unplug the battery. The creature loves me trying to unplug the darn thing without getting pinched by the propellers. Tomorow, I will try to bind to Spectrum Dx4e from the Phoenix sim. I should have bought an RTF. I have an idea that I will have to get the DX6.

Just get that DX6 and call it good Oh and the 200QX doesn't come as a RTF, only BNF.
