H25038 70° durometer dampers

does anyone know if these are replacement dampers or if they are stiffer than stock?

i have a set. but, don't feel like tearing down the head just to check and see what's in there. if they're just replacements, i'll save them for later. but, if they're stiffer i may give them a try.

They're just replacements. I tore the head down last night.
