yea you run fraps in the background, using F9 as a hotkey to start and stop recording......then i take my movie editor, clean it up and then convert it to a wmv file s i can uplaod it.....the conversion process kinds steps on the quality of the vid but its good enough IMO...theres only on catch hte trial version of fraps will only allow you to record for 30secs so i just sprang for the $37 dollar liscence...i think its worth it for purposes of instruction if nothing elese....

Stock Servo Failure! Happened on the 1st of january when murf and I needed our flight fix, mind you this is the end of the first flight after I get my motor fixed after the bottom bearing falling apart. Eflite just sent me a new motor. Doesnt deserve its own post but still fun.
GO MURF! see his plank video too!

yea the right aileron servo completly crapped out.. was really amazing I got it back. you can see in the air where it sabilized then I try to jocky the cyclic around to no avil and end up torquing it around.. I figured out real fast how to get it down and was really excited jumping around there wasnt a scratch on it bar skids and tail blades.. main blades were perfect and no boom strike. HS65MGs on the way. I would like DS287 but gonna go cheaper for now.

Little video I took this weekend. I forgot to check the camera settings, so it did not turn out that well. So I put the uncompressed version up for download as well if anyone is interested.

Nice flying. Explain your setup again. I know from previous discussion that you run the CC35 with the 420. What pinion are you using? Maybe its just the video, but your headspeed sounds up there.

Not running stock stuff anymore. I had a scorpion motor doing nothing so I put it in there.

B400
Scorpion 2216-12 motor
Scorpion 45amp 6cell ESC
401/9257 on the tail
HXT 9gram servos

Headspeed is governed at 2900 in that video

Not really. 2900 RPM is not Screaming IMHO . I tached it to make sure it was less then 3000 RPM.

Default Funnel attempts in the gym.

Here are some nervous nose in (upright) funnel attempts in the gym a couple days ago. After flying I shot the intro.. look how much I am shaking.. So used to wide open spaces.. this gym flying is really helping me improve my closer in precise control... getting more used to indoors as I go.

A little T-Rex450 hovering at 90% idle up at the end... and way at the end a little of Towpilots Compy FP. Towpilot.. do you want me to edit all your flying into a movie? I hope this is the right movie.. can't check at work.. youtube is filtered out..
