Swash hight at mid stick?

I saw a post somewhere but cannot find it, what is supposed to be the swash height at mid stick?

Someone in another post said around 11.5mm. I had mine at 10 and raised it to 11.5 and the rest of the head is much easier to set up now. No more interaction on the locking collar and binding cyclic servos
