Walkera 4G3 - Is there a throttle Hold ???

Folks,

Just scored a walkera 3g4 - have a quick question..

Is there a throttle hold ? Especially for 3D mode ..

There is a gear switch which doesn't appear to do anything seeing there is no "Gear".
Can this be modded in anyway to perform throttle hold ?

Unfortunately it doesn't have a throttle hold, instructions on how to make one are here:
