Default Suggestions for first idle up curve?

I've been flying my blade for quite a while with the following "Normal" curve.. I think that I got these on here and were suggested for beginners..

Throttle: 0 47 55 60 70
Pitch: 30 68 72 80 87

My heli flys pretty nice and doesn't scare the out of me when it spools up.. I have noticed though that I get a good bit of 'yo yoing' up and down which I think is because I'm adjusting pitch and power at the same time.. I'd like to try something tame, but on a flat throttle curve to see if that helps.. Don't need full idle up yet..

Any suggestions?

I would get used to a pitch curve of xx-xx-50-75-100 as most everyone uses! Switch to 40-45-50-75-100 for a few batteries to get used to it in NORM. The whole idea is when you are in idle up midstick is 0 pitch and you hover equal distances away from center both upright and inverted!

Then.. here's how I got used to idle up.

I started with this: (this will hardley feel any different!)

T 70-65-60-65-70
P 00-25-50-75-100

and just added 2% to the T curve each battery until I reached this! It was ez.

T 100-95-90-95-100
P 00-25-50-75-100
