Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me.
I have had my trex 450 SL E GF edition for about two years now and I am fairly proficient at building and setup. I have a GY450 gyro and Futaba 9250 tail servo. All had been fine until a recent crash where i have replaced the motor, ESC, Tail boom, belt, main shaft, feathering shaft, flybar and tail rotor shaft. I have checked and checked and as far as I can see everything is installed and turning the correct way. I have come across a problem that I havent had before. Everything spinns up fine, nice and stable, gyro works, can come to a low hover in normal mode but then when I go to increase the revs above a certain level the heli just starts spinning uncontrolably anticlockwise. Full right rudder does nothing. When I decrese the reves again I can control it. Havent been game to go to Idle up while like this. Any clues? |

Check your tail drives for slipping....Hold the main blades and turn the tail blades and see if anything in between is slipping. It could be the tail drive gear or the auto rotation gear slipping.
