Your welcome Danny. Glad you like it.

Yea Mike, Takikawa is a nice field. As so many others though, the sun is in front of you so the ship is always silhouetted. I did one for myself with the sun beind me. Thanks for the link.

Yup most have the sun position wrong. Guess the panos are not really made for RC flying fields.

if you think about it its good practice for when you run into silouet in real life flying.

true. But on these fields the good flying part is facing the sun, gets annoying after a while.

Default Black blades for my Infinite Fire bird

Here's black blades to use with my Fusuno Infinite Fire TRex 500.

Download the bmp file and put it in the same folder as the custom scheme.
On Windows 7, it should be in
C:\Users\yourLoginID\Documents\PhoenixRC\Schemes

I took Toolman Align 425D white blades and modified it.

You all have done some great work on those 500 canopies.
It's nice to try different ones in Phoenix.
Thanks for sharing your work.

Hi,

Decided to create a virtual copy of dannylightning T-Rex 500EX Phantom, as I like how his version looks. Maybe more of you like it, so here's the pack.
Also contains matching tail, main blades and stabilizer blurs, drop all files from the zip into your schemes folder to make it work.

Thanks for sending me fresh images

Cheers!

no problem, thanks for making it, if you fly it up really close to you you can really see how good the canopy looks, so its got stealth blades, a scorpion motor, you can make both of those out easily bottom line is he did a great job making my heli on phoenix..

the sad part is it is my heli and i was probably the second person to get to fly it

since my heli is now on phoenix i midas well make it official and put up my varient, i have the kbdd paddles using the fast hole, and a good amount of expo, flips quick but feels stable, fly's a lot like my real 500 at the moment

your welcome, glad you like it,

i forgot to mention that it is set up for set RPM's with the governor, so it is set up to have 3 IU positions with different head speeds. you can turn that off in the governor menu. so it just has normal mode and a IU to use the feature you halve to have a linear pitch curve for all the flight mode settings and 3 flat throttle curves using the numbers it asks for so it can determine the head speed for the switch position. set up in your TX,

i set up all my heli's i fly regularly on phoenix that way now. just like how i set up my real heli. it just makes it a bit more realistic to me. if you dont like it all you need to do is uncheck a box in the sim's gov menu and its back to mormal gov mode....
