Default main rotor top buttons? where ppl get them

the cp has a philips head screw on top other then the norn button like the rex's and others i see some ppl who have real button tops. where do you get them? will another brand work or is it some CNC heads come with them?

I never had my head apart what does that screw on top do?

Microheli carries machined buttons. On the stock Blade it's just a finishing piece.
