Hobby Wing 80A HV on an 8s ok?
I'm ordering an 80a HV hobbywing and planning on using it on an 8s setup.
Will this be ok?

I think you mean the 70A HV. If so then yes , it is ok for 8S use. And thats what i will be using for my 8S setup.
Typical Applications: Suitable for 550/600 class helicopters and aircraft that typically use a 70A speed controller. 5S - 12S LiPo compatable Note: Requires the use of an external BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) or a separate Rx (Receiver) battery. |
