Hi,
I'm just curious which one of these blades performs better. The Radix blades are 20 euro's more expensive than the d blades so thats why I am asking if they are worth the money or that I rather just buy the cheap 425 D blades. Thanks Anthony |

Save yourself some money! $21 US - awesome blades.. flew as good (and seemed quieter) than my 425D blades which I crashed. (currently out of stock though)

It is so weird that radix charges 20 euro's more than the 425 d blades. But if you guys say that the d blades work better, thant I will take those. No wonder that the curtis are in stock and the d's are out of stock.
thanks |

If you end up going with the 425D blades, this is the cheapest I have found them.
http://www.flyhelirus.com/servlet/th...-Carbon/Detail I have flown them on both my 450 and 500 and like them. But I trust Sly, and if he says the cheapies are good, I might have to give them a try.

I have some experience with that brand but not with 430mm size... If it matters this is my story...
When I have crashed my Radix 325mm I've got two pair of DX blades for testing purpose. Out of 2 I selected the best one... balance, CG was Ok. Those blades are a bit on heavy side, had some tracking problem (needed one turn in main grip link). They would produce a lots of drag on hard maneuvers bogging Scorpion -8 on 13teeth pinion. In my opinion they are Ok for FF and hover. When I've replaced it with Align 3K - it was like new, powerful, very vivid heli. (I turned main grip link back in order to get right tracking again). After a while I've crashed 3K and got myself Radix 325mm again. This blades a bit heavier then Align 3K, so will require more torque from motor but again not that much as DX one. Radix is more stable but also more slower then Align 3k. Those two pair of DX blades are in the box for very rainy day... |
