the 500 is my second heli [now flying a 450 ]how is this combo for the 500. will the servo fit the mount w/o mods. i will probably never get to crazy 3-d flying

the 3500 fits perfectly.
770/3500 will hold your 500's tail like a rock !

Unless Align has changed something, the DS3500G is too small ... I used the custom heli parts servo frame for mine...

Ready heli is out of stock right now... The Futaba S9257 is a perfect fit... Other than that I have not tried others, there may be some more

I have the 770 and the 3500, and its rock solid. over 150 flights and not 1 issue..
