mine is doing the same thing. I replaced the board but top rotor spins as soon as you plug the battery in.

Change your motors because one is fried. It can't spin the associated rotor as fast as its mate. One spinning faster, one spinning slower = heli spins. Which direction does it spin?

EDIT: Actually it doesn't matter which way it spins. Probably best to replace both motors.

EDIT AGAIN: The other alternative is that one of the motors got plugged in backwards during reassembly after repair. Check to make sure both main rotors spin in their proper (opposite) directions.

Then change the motors.

It could have tweaked the trim pot on the board. one is gain and the other is left right adjustment. It could be either one, but if you cant use the controller to stop the spinning it is probably the gain which i think is the front pot. If you suspect a motor is bad you could swap the front and back wires on the board and it will keep spinning the same way if one of the motors is shot. I have three of these heli' hope this helps
