Default Metal Head Stopper

Does anyone have the Metal Head Stopper (H60005) mounted on their 600? What is the diameter of the button?

I've seen them. It is just a tiny bit bigger than the "T" fitting in the head is across the narrow dimension.

I have it mounted and it is really needed, since is a PITA without it. The dia of the head stopper is 36mm.

Thanks.

As someone who DOESN'T have one mounted, I thoroughly second that PITA comment!!

It gives you a place to put your shotglass when you're wrenching on the heli.

i mean really if your in that much of a hurry to stop the blades after a flight well then you need to take some slow down drugs, it akes what how many seconds for the 600 blades to stop spinning, by the time you get to it from your pilot area they are normally just about stopped

Like the other guy said i go mine because it just looks good, i rarely use it to stop the head

Yup, when you're all switched off you put the palm of your hand on it to slow the rotors down. (after you've switched off!! hehe)
